RLD is an award winning reflexology technique which focuses on the lymphatic system. It was devised by fellow reflexologist, Sally Kay BSc (Hons) for those living with secondary lymphoedema as a result of breast cancer treatment. Patients found that after RLD, swelling and discomfort lessened and strength and mobility increased as excess fluid drained away from the affected area.

Lymphatic Drainage Massage (MLD) is more commonly known and used to treat conditions other than lymphoedema. Excitingly, Reflexology Lymphatic Drainage can be used similarly and can support the following:
